Panagiotis entered the Sailing world at the young age of 8 in the Optimist class at Tzitzifies Kallithea Sailing Club. After the Optimist category, he was actively involved in the 420 and 470 classes where he became a Greek Champion. His career rise to the top in 2001-2002 where he won the Gold Medal in the World Championship two times in a row. From 2003 onwards he has participated in all international and national competitions and events and he is considered as one of the most talented and experienced yachtsman of 470 class and offshore sailing.

Pavlos Kagialis entered the Sailing world at the age of 7, in the Optimist Class in the Sailing Club of Porto Karras (N.O.P.K). After the age of 15, he moved from the Optimist to the double handle boat 420 a the Sailing Club of Thessaloniki. At the age of 18, he moved to Athens to progress his sailing skills professionally in 470 class at Yacht Club of Greece. Kagialis is being a sailing instructor for more than six years between the ages of 6-15 years old in the Optimist class.
